UPLOADING SONGS

You must be the author/owner of all of the songs uploaded to your account.
Uploaded material should meet minimum radio broadcasting requirements. V6 Radio have right to refuse any recordings that are below standards.

COPYRIGHT

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of V6 Radio to terminate Membership privileges of any Member who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of proper notification to V6 Radio by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the V6 Radio Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the V6 Radio Services; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

V6 Radio may delete any Content that in the sole judgment of V6 Radio violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. V6 Radio assumes no responsibility for monitoring the V6 Radio Services for inappropriate Content or conduct. If at any time V6 Radio chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the V6 Radio Services, V6 Radio nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content.You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through any of the V6 Radio Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other Members and for your interactions with other Users. V6 Radio does not endorse and has no control over the Content. Content is not necessarily reviewed by V6 Radio prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of V6 Radio. V6 Radio makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to other Members.

V6 Radio trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not V6 Radio’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits V6 Radio. All other trademarks not owned by V6 Radio or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by V6 Radio.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

V6 Radio grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of V6 Radio. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from V6 Radio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PAYMENT METHODS

V6 Radio accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal as forms of payment via 2CheckOut. Billing to your credit card occurs when your order is shipped or shortly thereafter. If a purchase has been declined online due to credit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your purchase and should use another credit card.
